Admission charges to Ulster Championship could be set for a hike, at least that's the popular interpretation of Danny Murphy's comments in his annual report.
And I must admit that supporters would be well advised to brace themselves for an increase that will hurt the pockets of all but the lucky few.
However, I suspect there's a little bit of 'big toe in the water to test the temperature' method to the madness of the provincial secretary in mentioning this in his comprehensive and lengthy tome, covering every aspect of Ulster Counci, involvement in the past twelve months.
The county Down man doesn't go so far as to specify a price increase per se, but chips in a hefty hint by making reference instead to the strength of the euro and how income from gate receipts - 1,775,596 euro has been detrimentally effected as a direct consequence.
Indeed, by way of illustrating how big a dent this has made in their income; he relates via the overall drop in their total income in percentage terms - a whopping decrease from 47 per cent to 29.
