A POMEROY man was given a 12 month probation order after he breached a non-molestation order.
East Tyrone Magistrates' Court heard that Mark John Murray, 21, from Park View was located in the injured party's home on March 27th by police in violation of the court order.

In addition to a probation order, Magistrate Mrs Bernadette Kelly ordered Murray to attend a Men Overcoming Domestic Violence Programme.
