A FRAIL pensioner from Moygashel has been targetted by heartless thieves for the second time in less than a fortnight.
The 90 year-old, who resides in the Linen Court area, was duped by a bogus caller on Saturday evening.
The woman who cold called at the pensioner's home, claimed she was from Age Concern and made her way inside. She stole a handbag containing a small sum of cash and a chequebook.
The thief was seen making off towards the Linen Green shopping complex. She's described as fair haired and wearing light coloured clothing.
The victim was the subject of a callous distraction burglary at her home a number of days ago. Thieves made off with over £9,000 after they conned the woman and got into her house by saying they thought they'd seen a burglar there earlier.
