What a difference a fortnight can make! Two weeks after conceding eight goals in an embarrassing defeat to Portadown, Dungannon Swifts came within minutes of claiming a prized victory over league leaders Linfield.
There might not have been 10 goals, but this was a match which was still packed full of drama, incident and controversy.
While the headlines should have been dominated by Swifts' vastly improved performance and Linfield's remarkable recovery from two goals down, it was the officials who were in the spotlight at Stangmore Park on Saturday.
There were three dismissals in as many minutes – including Dixie Robinson and David Jeffrey – in an extraordinary second half.
On the pitch there was just as much drama. Shane Coney and Timmy Adamson put Swifts into a seemingly winning position, only for Paul Munster and then Steven Douglas to hit back and maintain the Blues' three-point Premiership lead.
