All aboard at Dungannon Library!

DUNGANNON Library will be hosting a special event with a nautical theme this Thursday, to coincide with this summer’s Titanic Reading Challenge.

Taking place from 11am to 12 noon, the event, for four to nine to year-olds, will feature a storytime and craft session, with the theme, “All hands on deck”.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, August 23, a storytime and craft session, with the theme, “Pirates and Bucaneers”, will take place from 11am to 12 noon, also for children aged between four and nine.

Both events are free as part of the Libraries NI Titanic Reading Challenge, which has been designed to encourage more children to love reading.

This year, mums, dads, grandparents or other adults are also invited to participate in the challenge with their children.

For more information, contact Dungannon Library (36 Market Square, BT70 1JD) on telephone: 028 8772 2952 or email: dungannon.library@librariesni.org.uk
