Banshee A Woman in Black comes to Coalisland!

THERE is nothing like a good old fashioned ghost story at Hallowe’en and if you enjoy such a yarn, then the Craic Theatre Coalisland is place to be.

Running for eight nights from Thursday 25 – Sunday 28 October and Thursday 1 – Sunday 4 November, be prepared to be haunted by one of the best horror stories you will ever see on the stage.

This is a powerful, bleak and intense production featuring two veteran Craic performers, Micky Carolan and Jim McKeown.

The show is directed by Shane O’Neill, with lighting design by Damian Ryan, both of whom have a long association with Craic, and the theatre is delighted to have them return with this power piece of theatre.

Craic last performed this play 12 years ago before the theatre was renovated.

Reviews from the audience at the time said it all: “Spine chilling brilliance! An excellent and intimate performance with creative storytelling and touches of humour. Thoroughly enjoyed it, I applaud the actors. And the Craic team for a fabulous production!”

IMPORTANT NOTE TO THE AUDIENCE: Because of the nature of the production patrons cannot be allowed into the theatre once the play has started at 8pm. No exceptions.

Please arrive on time to avoid disappointment. Tickets for the show are available from the Box Office Telephone: 02887741100.
