Coalisland yoga classes

By Shauna Corr

COALISLAND and Dungannon folks will soon be able to bend and flex anyway they want if FTL Yoga Guru, Teresa Sutton has anything to do with it.

Teresa, who specialises in Dru Yoga as well as Anahata Yoga, started her training after a serious injury and finds it a great way to keep supple and fit.

She said: “I injured myself and came across Yoga and thought, this is something I can do. It is perfect for people wanting to get fit, no matter what shape you’re in.”

Now assured to teach, Teresa says anyone can do it; especially in her class, where she focuses on a gentle relaxation yoga that is suitable for any anybody of any age or ability.

FTL Yoga, which means ‘feel the love’, was inspired by the late, great Jackie Ingram.

Dungannon classes are at Unit 3, Ballysaggart Business Park, at 7.15pm every Wednesday, while in Coalisland they begin on Thursday, January 10th at 7pm on the first floor of the Cornmill.

Yoga mats will be provided, but you are advised to bring a cushion and blanket.
