Deaths around the Borough
It is with sadness that we report the death of Niall Hackett, Bellingham, USA, formerly of Aughnacloy and Henderson Avenue, Belfast on Sunday 14th July following a boating accident.
He was the dearly beloved son of Patsy and the late Vera and brother of Oonagh and Aine.
Niall will be missed by his wife Terri and sons Connor and Declan.
The Dungannon community is mourning the death of Gerry O’Neill, Altmore Drive, Dungannon on Thursday 26th July.
Gerry was the dearly beloved husband of the late Marie and the loving father of Gerard, Fiona, Collette and the late Conn.
Gerry was laid to rest on Saturday 28th July following Requiem Mass at St Patrick’s Church, Dungannon with burial afterward in Carland Road Cemetery.
Sadness has been occasioned by the death of Bill Campbell, originally from Dungannon, who passed away in Plymouth on March 20.
Bill was the beloved son of the late Sheila Campbell and brother of Ann and the late Mary.
His funeral took place on Monday in St Patrick’s Church, Dungannon at 10am, followed by burial at Carland Road Cemetery.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family circle.
It is with regret that we announce the death of Mick McGuigan from Ardboe.
Mick was the beloved husband of Mary, father of Peggy, and brother of the late Tommy.
His funeral took place on Sunday at the the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Ardboe at 11am. Burial afterwards at the Old Cross.
Deeply regretted by his entire family circle.
The Dungannon community is in mourning following the death of Margaret Smyth on Tuesday.
Margaret was the wife of the late Cecil (Percy), much loved mother of Valerie, Gordon, Joy and Rosalind, and grandmother of Manolis, Ryan and Christian.
Her funeral took place on Satruday at 2pm in St Anne’s Church, Dungannon, followed by interment in Cottagequinn Cemetery.
Deeply regretted by the entire family circle.
