Students shine at hairdressing awards

LEVEL 3 hairdressing students at South West College Dungannon have tested their mettle at the Northern Ireland Student Hairdressing Championships held recently in the Hilton Hotel, Belfast.

Against stiff competition, Jagoda Kopka came third place, winning a medal and certificate with her theme of ‘Lady Butterfly’.

She also came sixth place with her model for the full fashion look.

Lynsay Wylie, meanwhile, was placed sixth in the Fantasy section with her model’s theme, ‘Rags to Riches’.
