Mid Ulster is to benefit from 30 brand new ‘social housing’ homes, which will be made available this summer.

Anyone who’s interested need only contact the Housing Executive to register their interest.

The properties, which are being built by Triangle Housing Association, are going up in Ballymaguigan, Magherafelt, Stewartstown and Tobermore.

And as well as family sized houses, the 30-year-old operation is also working on two complex needs bungalows in Magherafelt.

Six homes will be up for grabs in Hillmount Crescent, Tobermore; a further six in Henderson Park, Stewartstown and in Mullaghboy Crescent in Magherafelt, a further 12 are being built - two of which are complex needs bungalows.

In O’Neill Park in Ballymaguigan a further six houses will also be built.

Triangle Housing Association has been building homes and providing support services throughout Northern Ireland for over 30 years.

If anyone would like to be considered for one of these properties, just contact your local Housing Executive office to complete an application form.
