Contest fixed for October

A Coalisland man accused of two charges of failure to provide a sample of breath will face trial in October.

John McDonagh, 45, from Station Yard, stands accused of failure to provide a preliminary breath test at Railway View in his hometown on July 2nd.

He is further charged with failure to provide when in charge while unfit on the same date.

District Judge John Meehan fixed contest for October 12th, adjourning the case to September 28th.

Mr Blaine Nugent appeared on the defendant’s behalf.
