A Galbally man was in a rush to attend to his best man duties when he was caught speeding, a court has heard.
Martin Joseph McCrory, 32, from Reclain Road, was clocked at 91mph near Ballygawley on the afternoon of June 28.
His solicitor told the court that his client was “under pressure to attend” to his best man duties.
He told the court that Mr McCrory works full time as a driver and relies on his licence for his livelihood.
District Judge John Meehan handed down a fine of £250 and four penalty points as well as an offender’s levy of £15.
