Little Luke O’Hanlon from Derrytresk, had a visit from the two newly elected Mid Ulster MLAs, Linda Dillon and Michelle O’Neill, on Friday afternoon.

Luke, who suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, used the occasion to remind the new Assembly Women about Whacky Blue Day which takes place this Wednesday 25 May to raise money for research into the condition. Luke’s school, St John’s PS in Kingsisland, will be joining in the fun as well as Springisland Supermarket.
