Sentencing in the case of a Killeeshil man who admitted to drink driving will take place on August 17.

Barry Robert Watt, 44, from Killeeshil Road, was stopped by police on Old Dungannon Road at Ballygawley on the afternoon of June 9.

They reported seeing signs of alcohol consumption and he failed the roadside test.

He later provided a breath sample almost four times the legal limit.

Adjourning the case until August 17 for sentencing, District Judge John Meehan stated: “That is too high (a reading) for a person already under a suspended prison sentence.”
