Police are urging people in and around Killyman not to worry about an increase in traffic in the area on Friday night - as it’s just a treasure hunt.

“You might notice a few more cars than usual driving around Killyman and the surrounding area tomorrow night,” the force said on its Facebook site.

If you’re interested in joining in, the treasure hunt starts at 6.30pm at St Andrew’s Church of Ireland, Killyman.

The church has also organised a fun day on Saturday, starting from midday, with an auction of signed sports memorabilia at 3pm.

All money raised through the events will go to Friends of the Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital, CLIC Sergeant and Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children.
