The Tesco store in Dungannon recently made a generous hamper donation to the Buddy Bear Trust, a local Dungannon-based charity which supports children with cerebral palsy and other motor disorders.

Graham Agnew, who recently joined the Tesco Dungannon as Store Manager after holding a number of managerial positions throughout Tesco Northern Ireland said: “My colleagues and I are delighted to support the Buddy Bear Trust and the great work they do for children across Northern Ireland.”

On receiving the hamper, Brendan McConville, Chairman of the Buddy Bear Trust, said: “Currently, the Buddy Bear Trust school can only help 12 children, each on a part-time basis. This is due to lack of funds and consequently, lack of teachers. We greatly depend on fundraising and charity donations to fund the good work we do. We would like to thank Graham and his team at Tesco Dungannon for their charity hamper donation, which we will raffle off to raise much needed funds to enable us to help more children.”
