30 McCaughey

A woman has been fined £750 after she admitted permitting consumption of alcohol outside hours in a Cookstown bar.

Margaret McCaughey, 53, from Westland Road, pleaded guilty to the charge which took place at Cartwheel Bar on September 29 last year.

District Judge John Meehan handed down a fine of £750 and an offender’s levy of £15 for the offence.
