Attempted burglary: appeal

POLICE are appealing for information following an attempted burglary at a petrol station at The Square in Draperstown on Thursday, January 31.

The doors were forced open and an attempt was made to steal cigarettes but the thieves fled empty handed.

Police are asking if anyone witnessed suspicious activity in the area or has any information to contact Police on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
