Charges contested

A COALISLAND man is set to contest a charge of failing to provide a specimen when in the course of an investigation into driving with excess alcohol.

Jonas Abaravicius, 29, of Millbrook Drive, Coalisland pleaded not guilty to the charge in relation to an incident on 28th July 2012.

A contest date was fixed for 30th January with a pre-trial review set for 23rd January.
