Contest date set

A DATE for contest has been agreed by East Tyrone Magistrates Court in the case involving a Dungannon man facing driving charges,

Adrian Devlin, 21, of Kilmascally Road, Mullnahoe, Dungannon faces charges of driving while disqulaified, driving without due care and attention and obstructing police. The charges relate to an incident on 4th March 2012.

A contest date in the case was set for 18th February 2013, with a pre-trial review taking place on 25th January 2013.
