Big Mervyn (Kevin Coary) gets a massage as rehearsals continue for Give My Head Pace... About Derrylaughan

THE excitement is growing in Derrylaughan and the surrounding communities as members of the Kevin Barry’s club prepare to take to the stage for their production of ‘Give My Head Pace… About Derrylaughan.’

There are only limited tickets remaining for this weekend’s production which begins on Friday night in Coalisland Parochial Centre and concludes the following evening in the same venue.

Cast members and the production team that includes talented producer Brian Morgan, the man behind the annual Christmas pantomime in Stewartstown and Moortown St Malachy’s recent production of ‘Mrs Brown’, are putting the final touches on the show in rehearsals on an almost nightly basis.

Cast members and members of the local community have been preparing for the show for weeks including filming a ‘mock parade’ and staging their own version of the Olympic torch relay with Uncle Andy (John Joe Coney) and Big Mervyn (Kevin Coary) on the streets of Coalisland.

This is surely a show not to be missed and you can still get your hands on tickets at a number of locations including Falls Bar, Brocagh Vivo, Forbes Ardboe, Kellys Costcutter Moortown, Frank McGirrs, the Beershed and boys2men, Coalisland.
