Magical Christmas Winter Wonderland charity event
CANCER Choices are delighted to announce their annual Magical Christmas Winter Wonderland Charity Event on Sunday 16th December at Peatlands Park, Dungannon from 11.00am - 4.30pm.
Santa will be arriving in style with his Reindeer & Sleigh and you will be able to visit him in his grotto and feed the reindeers. Kids can make sure the all-important letter to Santa gets ‘First-Class’ treatment with a special Post Box to whisk all letters directly to the North Pole that very evening.
From TV, the famous Phil’s Farm will also be there, so the children can see micro pigs, giant rabbits, Shetland ponies, baby deer, wallabies and more.
Other highlights include Face Painters, Balloon Artists, Magic Shows and Story Telling. What’s more there will be Elves, Pixies, Minnie Mouse and a Live Crib. To make sure everyone is fully in the Festive Spirit there will also be a Silver Band and Carol Singers providing music.
And as if that wasn’t enough, there will also be an Arts & Crafts fair showcasing some of the finest craftspeople around. Everything from unique jewellery and knitwear to handcrafted wood and homemade sweets will be on offer. So why not come along and discover that exclusive Christmas gift?
All the children’s activities, visits to Santa and the Arts & Crafts Fair will be held inside the main Education & Visitor Centre at Peatlands so you are assured of a great day out no matter what the weather brings!
Entrance to the park is free but there will be a nominal charge for the activities in Winter Wonderland. If you would like more information about Winter Wonderland you can contact Cancer Choices on 028 8772 9850 for details.
