AGRICULTURE and Rural Development Minister Michelle O’Neill has addressed attendees at a Cookstown and Western Shores Area Network (CWSAN) event to highlight best practice in the rural social economy at Ballyronan Marina Centre.

Social economy projects create jobs in rural areas and is a means through which local people can work together to address need in their local area and reinvest profit to help sustain their local community.
