Nathan Carter set to rock Magherafelt
COUNTRY heart throb Nathan Carter is set to rock Magherafelt when he kicks off the town’s annual May festival celebrations at Rossa Park.
The special opening night hosted by the Milltown Community group will be one of many nights over the festival weekend organised at the grounds and will be held in a luxury Marquee.
The brightest young star to hit our province in years, Nathan Carter has received 18 top country music awards to date and he is now selling out ballroom and concert venues throughout Ireland.
He has revolutionised the Irish country music scene with his followers being in the early twenty’s to OAP’s who still love to dance to his dulcet tones and great music with his very talented band.
And the award winning star says he can’t wait to headline the huge event, telling the MAIL: “I’m really looking forward to coming to Magherafelt and it will be my first time playing in Magherafelt.
“I hear the Mid Ulster people are great people who enjoy a dance and a good night out, so I can’t wait to meet everyone on 23rd May, book your tickets as they are selling fast”.
