P.E date set in criminal damage case

A PRELIMINARY enquiry (P.E) date has been agreed by East Tyrone Magistrates Court in the case of a Dungannon man accused of criminal damage and disorderly behaviour.

Dominic Hill, 18, of Springdale, Dungannon is accused of criminal damage and disorderly behaviour relating to an incident on 29th September 2012.

The date for the P.E was agreed for 23rd January 2013 with a pre trial review taking place on 16th January 2013.
