Moygashel man accused of placing five petrol bombs at son’s home to apply for bail

A Moygashel man accused of placing five petrol bombs at the door of his three-year old son’s home will make a bail application on April 6.

Appearing before East Tyrone Magistrate’s Court via video link from HMP Maghaberry was Stuart Harkness, 25, from Moygashel Park,

Harkness was arrested on February 9 and charged with six offences linked to three alleged petrol bomb attacks on a Dungannon household on February 9, and on cars on January 20 and February 3.

Mr Craig Patton appeared on the defendant’s behalf in court on Wednesday.
