Coalisland filling station staff awarded service accolade

STAFF from a Coalisland filling station and supermarket are celebrating after being recognised for its excellent customer service.

The A45 Service Station, Ballynakilly Road, was named a winner in the second phase of Maxol’s TLC Retail Awards 2013 which recognise excellence in retail standards and customer care throughout its network of service stations.

Staff at the Maxol A45 service station will share the top prize of £800.

Maxol’s TLC Awards acknowledge Today’s Local Champions and results are based on the staff team’s overall performance at multiple site inspections carried out by Maxol representatives together with feedback from customers using an online survey.

Steven Turner, Maxol Regional Manager, praised the staff at the Coalisland premises.

“Congratulations to our local champions at the A45 service station, for winning this award”, said Mr Turner.

“The dedicated team there are a shining example of best practise and we are delighted they have come out on top. Maxol is committed to maintaining high standards both on the forecourt and in store and we rely on the staff teams across our network of service stations to ensure each customer receivez the best experience at every visit.”
