Charges of harassment and assault have been put to a forty-four year old man who appeared before East Tyrone Magistrates Court.
Gabriel Walls from Union Place, Dungannon is accused of committing the offences on June 19. The assault charge relates to a male and the harassment is of a female. Police under oath confirmed both allegations could be connected.
District Judge John Meehan set bail at £250 and ordered Walls to have no contact in any manner with the injured parties.
He is further barred from entering the Annagole area of Dungannon and is not to be intoxicated in public. The case is due back in court on August 15.
