The SDLP have announced the opening of their new office in Coalisland Town Centre, located above the Lilac shop in the Coalisland Town Square.
Speaking at the launch of the office SDLP Coalisland Candidate Malachy Quinn said: “I’ve been in the SDLP for 10 years now and the one thing that people are always asking us is when will there be an office back in the town.
“Well today I’m pleased to announce that we will be opening a new office, right in the heart of Coalisland on April 28, to deal with any queries that people want to bring up.”
The office will be open from 11am-3pm.
Mr Quinn continued: “This office opening is part of the SDLPs regeneration across the North and we are intending to send a big message to everyone in Coalisland, Clonoe and beyond that the SDLP are fighting back in a big way.
“The local SDLP branch members have worked tirelessly over the last few months to get this office open and it’s a testament to their belief in the party locally that has resulted in this opening and they are to be congratulated as well as those in the local community who have contributed massively as well.
“This is a new start for the party and we intend to have a strong visible presence on the ground not only in Torrent and Mid-Ulster but right across the North. The SDLP fight back starts here.”
