Clonoe Casual Club will meet again after the summer holidays on Tuesday 2nd September from 2-4pm.
The Casual Club is a chance to meet new friends and reacquaint with old ones in a relaxed atmosphere.
An invitation is extended to all and the nature of the event is that you can either stay for the duration or drop in whenever suits.
There is an open door policy and no geographical or membership constraints for those who would like to attend – all adults are welcome.
The aims of this group were to provide local adults with opportunities to socialise, meet people and learn new skills with the emphasis on creating relaxed, enjoyable, recreational experiences. Light refreshments are available.
Our autumn schedule of activities has been planned with the focus being on health and well-being with Steven McElhatton, Active Communities Coach returning for a series of activity sessions with a monthly date for Jill Grieve’s popular armchair yoga.
These activities are tailored to suit your level of fitness and even if you consider yourself fit or haven’t been accustomed to exercise there will be something to suit your ability. Following the trip to Newcastle in June, we hope to get another day (or two) out and this will be discussed when the group meet.
Your attendance and your input are welcomed as the success of this group will depend on the support of the local community. If you are interested in joining this local group and would like more information contact Alice on 07526834948.
