Ballinderry anglers hold positive annual meeting

BALLINDERRY Bridge Angling Club held its AGM and had a good turn out. It was a very positive meeting.

The committee thank everyone for their continued support through the year and in the future, and all the landowners for the use of their land and hopefully in the years years to come.

The angling club offer their sympathy to the family of the late Vera Devlin, sister Mary Devlin and sister-in-law of Paddy Devlin, also to the family of the deceased Mary Birney, RIP.

The angling club have donated a total of £2,165 to the local charities in 2012. The club are also following directives from DECAL on barbless hooks and catch and release of salmon. Tight lines 2013!
