Introductory coaching award through IFA Grassroots
The Irish Football Association will be holding a Grassroots Introductory Coaching Award at the Mid Ulster Sports Arena on Monday 12th November from 6-9pm.
This attendance based Award is open to everyone aged 15 and over and is designed for those looking to increase their knowledge in the sport.
The course is therefore ideal for people such as parents looking to take up an interest in coaching, students wishing to bolster their CV, teachers to aid them in the delivery of football in their P.E. lessons and also for existing coaches.
The course is 3 hours in duration, with both theoretical and practical content and participants will be presented with the ‘Grassroots Leader’s Certificate’ upon completion. They will also receive a Coaching Resource Booklet containing a variety of fun warm ups, games and drills.
