Big Lottery Fund are holding a face-to-face People and Communities session for VCSE groups and the people they support in Clogher on Thursday September 3.
People and Communities will open in January 2016 with a budget of £60 million for communities in Northern Ireland.
A spokesperson for the fund said: “This is an opportunity to tell us how we should shape the new £60m funding programme for Northern Ireland.
“We need your ideas, knowledge and examples to understand how this programme could support you to make great changes that improve people’s lives and communities.
“We’re asking you to come back to us by 30 September 2015 so we can reflect on what you have told us before the programme opens. However, we want to keep listening to you and will reflect as change happens over
“Before we launch our new People and Communities Goes to different websiteprogramme in January, we are having a conversation about how we can use it to put “people in the lead”.
“As we are still developing this programme, we are holding several events in August and September to give VCSE groups an opportunity to talk about how People and Communities could support you to put local people in the lead.
“If possible, we want you to bring a person your group has supported so they can give their views too but we will not be covering the details of the application process.
“We want you to come prepared to share your views on:
* your project ideas
* the strengths in your community
* how you will involve people in your project
* the challenges you face
* what support you need from us.
