Staff from Mid Ulster Council worked with police to remove this car from the water at Dungannon Park after it rolled into the lake, to the dismay of onlookers.
Fortunately, no one was injured. A council spokesperson told the TIMES: “Unfortunately a visitor to Dungannon Park did not use her car’s handbrake when parking and the car rolled towards the lake. Wooden barriers slowed the vehicle down, preventing it from being fully submerged, and the car edged into the water. Our staff dealt with the incident in conjunction with the police and the vehicle was removed within a few hours.”
