The highly acclaimed “Country Music Showtime” with the stars returns by popular demand to the Burnavon Theatre, Cookstown on Saturday 31st January, the first big country night of 2015.
County Down promoter Sean Wallace who is organising the event is no stranger to the stage at the Burnavon.
During his annual Christmas Showtime Concert back in December he was pleasantly surprised when Michelle Smith from Irish TV and Louise Morrissey stepped out in stage to present him with a big cake to celebrate 10 years of sell-out Christmas shows at the Burnavon, a fine achievement indeed.
Joining Sean this time around will be Ireland’s “1st Lady of Country” Susan McCann who is a busy lady at present with her popular “Sunday Favourites” morning show on Q Radio Network between 10am and 12pm plus she is signed up with Irish TV to co-present the new “Ireland’s Country” with Malachi Cush every Monday night between the hours of 10pm and 11pm.
Also appearing with Susan will be Bobby Doyle, singer-songwriter Eamon McCann always a big favourite at the Burnavon, plus teenage country star Ben Troy takes time out of his busy schedule having signed up with the “Phil Mack International Show” on Irish TV, Channel 191 on Sky TV and it will be first time at the Burnavon for Co’ Armagh’s sensational new country star Ellen Maguire. Country Harmony completes this star-studded line-up with curtain up at 8 o’clock.
Tickets £15.00 on sale from the Burnavon Theatre Box Office tel: 028 86 769949 early booking is advisable as these shows attract capacity crowds.
