Dungannon man in court after refusing to do police breath test

A 31-year-old Dungannon man has appeared before Magistrates in relation to a number of allegations following an incident close to his home on June 5.

John Paul Donnelly from Castleview Heights in the town, is accused of failing to provide both a preliminary and evidentiary breath specimen to the PSNI whilst under investigation to establish if a driving offence had been committed.
