Items taken in Dungannon burglary appear for sale online

Police are appealing for information after items reportedly stolen from a closed motorcycle shop in Dungannon, have appeared for sale online.

The alleged burglary of the shop on Main Street Moygashel, was brought to the attention of police on May 29.

It was reported that the store, which is no longer trading, had been broken into sometime in the previous nine months, with a number of items - including partially assembled motorcycles - taken.

Constable Andy Cooper said: “It is believed that some of these items have been offered for sale on social media sites and police would appeal to anyone that has been offered any of these items or who has any information to contact officers in Dungannon on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
