Speedwell Trust director Eamon McClean is to be laid to rest in Drumragh following Requiem Mass at Sacred Heart Church at noon on Friday.
The cross-community worker tragically passed away at his office in Dungannon on Monday.
Paying tribute to their boss, a spokesperson for the charity said: “He’ll be so deeply, deeply missed.
“It happened here in the office and we were trying to resuscitate him. He was full of life one minute and then he was just gone.
“We are just walking round here in another universe. It’s just surreal.”
Hundreds of tributes have poured in for the “amazing man” who worked tirelessly to bring children from Catholic and Protestant communities together through educational programmes.
Heather Watson, Principal at Phoenix Integrated PS in Cookstown, said: “An amazing man with so much passion and enthusiasm for community relations.
“He worked closely with Phoenix IPS, CPS & HTPS on so many fantastic projects. His commitment to bringing children and adults together was commendable. An amazing human being who will be greatly missed.
“Condolences to his wife and wonderful boys whom he spoke of often. May you rest in peace.”
Eamon’s funeral will leave his address at Edenvale Park in Omagh on Friday and his remains will be reposing at his late residence from 6pm today.
