‘Beautiful’ Eimear O’Neill is to be laid to rest after a funeral service at St John’s Moy on Friday afternoon.
The 37-year-old was tragically found by her husband Kieran after passing away suddenly at their home on Seyloran Lane on Monday evening.
Daughter of the late Francie and Dolores, she leaves behind her beloved husband, brothers Kevin, Conleth and Aodh and parents-in-law Brian and Janet.
Eimear’s funeral is to leave her home on Friday morning at 11.15am, for a noon Requiem Mass at St John’s Church, after which she will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.
Hundreds of tributes have been paid to Eimear [nee McKenna], whose tragic death has sent shock waves through the community.
Shambles Restaurant, where she worked, said on its Facebook page: “The untimely death of our beautiful friend Eimear has cast a shadow of sadness upon us all at Shambles.
“To our dedicated, caring, funny and charismatic Eimear, you will be missed beyond measures by everyone. RIP Our beautiful friend x”
Her brother Conleth has also shared his sadness at her loss.
“I had to do the most hardest thing to do this evening and that was to say goodbye to my one and only lovely beautiful sister Eimear, who was a true young lady and was loved by her family and many friends up and down the country,” he said. “She will be so sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing my sister.
“RIP my beautiful sister Eimear. I love you and miss you xxx”
The Funeral Times reported that any donations in lieu of flowers should be made to Craigavon Area Hospital through P Quinn & Son, 68 Scotch Street, Dungannon or the family, as they would like family flowers only.
