A GALBALLY man who was towing a trailer to transport animals from one location to another, was committing his seventh offence for driving without insurance.

James Lockart, 39, from Upper Cranlome Road, was warned by Dungannon Magistrates Court judge, John Meehan, that he was coming “very close” to being sent to prison for the incident.

Instead, the judge imposed a three month suspended sentence and disqualified Lockhart from driving for three years.
