Killyman stage and screen star, Fra Fee, is headed for the Lyric Theatre in Belfast next month, to star in the award-winning ‘The Last Five Years’.
Fra’s sister, Claire Murray of Blunt Fringe Theatre Company, says she is delighted that her brother will be coming home for this fantastic Broadway musical, which runs from June 24 to July4.
Fra trained at the Royal Academy of Music, and has since starred in several well-known musicals such as Dirty Dancing, Les Miserables, Follies and Fame.
He is currently starring in Wayne Jordan’s acclaimed production of Romeo & Juliet at the Gate Theatre, and last year played the title role in Candide at the Menier Chocolate Factory, and he is perhaps best-known for playing Courfeyrac in Tom Hooper’s film adaption of Les Miserables alongside recent Oscar-winner Eddie Redmayne.
Fra’s co-star, Amy Lennox, has just been announced as the female lead in the UK premiere of Kinky Boots alongside Irish musical theatre star Killian Donnelly at London’s Adelphi Theatre in September.
