A 24 year-old man has been charged with the murder of James McDonagh, who has family connections in Coalisland.
Mr McDonagh, who was 28, died in hospital following an incident outside licensed premises in Toomebridge at the weekend.
Police have charged the 24 year-old man to appear before Magistrates in Derry.
Three other men, who were also being questioned in connection with Mr McDonagh’s death, have been released on bail.
It is understood the victim had been living in Castledawson but has family members from the Coalisland area.
