TWO men charged with conspiring to rob a cash in transit van will face preliminary enquiry in June, a court has heard.

Douglas Booth, 35, from Sans Souci Gardens in Lisburn, and Keith Hayes, 37, from Ardmore Avenue in Dundonald, both stand accused of the robbery of the Group 4 Securior on September 9 last year and will face preliminary enquiry on June 9.

Hayes is further charged with carrying an imitation firearm with intent, going equipped for theft and of stealing car registration plates worth 30 from Margaret Gallagher.
