Police appeal after Aughnacloy home ransacked

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the report of a burglary in the Lerrig Heights area of Aughnacloy, Dungannon on Tuesday 7th February.

Constable McCluskey said: “It was reported that between the hours of 6.00am and 11.30pm, a residential premises in the Lerrig Heights area of Aughnacloy was entered and ransacked. It is believed entry was gained via a window at the rear of the property.

We are appealing to anyone that may have any information or to anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity to contact Dungannon Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 13 of the 08/02/17. Or, alternatively they can contact Crimestoppers and speak anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
