An ‘urgent’ public meeting has been organised by concerned residents living near a proposed windfarm in the vicinity of Davagh Forest.
The event will take place in Dunamore Hall this Friday, 27 February, at 7.30pm, and will include a presentation by guest speakers, followed by a question and answer session.
A spokesperson for the organisers said anyone who has concerns about wind turbines or windfarms in their areas are encouraged to come along.
Last week, the MAIL reported how some residents living near the proposed windfarm are concerned about the visual impact of the development, as well as the potential for noise pollution and damage to the habitat of native species of animals.
