Seven fire crews attend Dungannon blaze

Seven fire crews were called to attend the scene of a fire in Dungannon late last night.

Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) attended a fire at premises at Mullaghroddan Road, Dungannon on Sunday, 14th December.

“NIFRS received a call at 9:41pm to a fire at an external container close to the premises.

“The fire spread from the external container to the lower half of the main building. Seven Fire Appliances were deployed to deal with the incident.

“Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the premises. Fire Crews extinguished the fire at 00:01am.

“Early indications would suggest the fire was started accidentally.”
