Three of the North’s finest songwriters take to the stage at Ranfurly House Dungannon on April 8, for a special collaborative tour weaving their stories of the highs and lows, the laughter and tears of everyday living.
Ben Glover, who co-wrote the award winning song Blackbirds with Gretchen Peters, is joined by Malojian, currently in the US working alongside former Nirvana and Pixies producer Steve Albini, and Matt McGinn, who has shared the bill with the likes of Paul McCartney and Crowded House.
Tickets are available from Ranfurly House Box Office for what looks like being an unmissable show.
Co Antrim born Glover has started 2016 well, after picking up the award for International Song of the Year at the UK Americana Awards in January, and recording his sixth album The Emigrant, set to be released on Proper Records in the autumn.
Malojian, meanwhile, has plenty of high profile fans, including Gary Lightbody of Snow Patrol and Lauren Laverne (BBC6 Music), while McGinn has been praised by BBC Radio 2’s Whispering Bob Harris, Nanci Griffith and Kim Richey to name but a few.
